Livestock Farmers Engagement

Small holder/backyard livestock farmers make a bulk of the livestock farming community in Nigeria, especially women who use these animals as a source of livelihood. Farmalert offers free basic training to farmers on best practices in livestock farming such as biosecurity, profitable broiler farming,ruminant fattening,importance and uses of record keeping, heat management etc.Farmalert has so far directly impacted over 1000 rural community women.
